Powell Construction Company is a complete Design/Build General Contractor, located in Johnson City, Tennessee.

The Projects we have completed cover a large footprint and have been located in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky and Virginia.

Our most recent project has been the Warrior Met, Blue Creek Preparation Facility including the ROM Slope and Transfer, Preparation Plant and Unit Train Loadout Facility.
